Late Cancellation and No Show Policy – Late Cancellation and No Show fee is half of your service or services prices that are booked for that day.
All clients will be required to put down a nonrefundable deposit of $25. The $25 will go towards your appointment. The remainder will be due before the service starts. The deposit will hold your appointment up to one reschedule, providing the appointment is canceled within a reasonable time (24 hours minimum). After that, you will forfeit your deposit and will need to put down another deposit before making another appointment.
Your time is very precious and so is ours. We strive to be on time and time-efficient, all while providing you the best quality service possible. Every client is given a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes (especially if it will interfere with another scheduled appointment) you will be asked to reschedule. Appointment reminders are sent out a day in advance via text before your scheduled appointment. To avoid a cancellation fee or no show fee please give a 24-hour notice (during business hours). This will give someone else the opportunity to get their services done if you are unable to make your appointment. We also understand circumstances may occur at the last minute that will prevent you from coming to your appointment. It is your job to let us know as soon as possible. A no show will result in a fee half of the service price. The cancellation/no show fee must be collected before services can be continued. If there is not a 24-hour notice to the spa, your card on file will be charged half of the service or services price. If your card that is on file payment declined you would have to pay the half service price for your missed appointment. Please understand My Body Spa is a professional business operating on professional standards, with professional clients. There will be no exceptions.
Guest Policy – There are no guests allowed with you at any appointment while getting services. This is for the privacy and safety of everyone in the facility. No exceptions!
Children Policy – We want to provide a pleasant experience for everyone at My Body Spa. For your safety as well as others, we ask that you do not bring your children with you. Showing up with your children will result in rescheduling your appointment and a cancellation fee will be charged. No Exception!
Food Policy – No food is allowed inside the facility at any time. No exceptions!
Refunds Policy – There will be no refunds under any circumstance. If there is a problem with your service, we will determine if there was a lack of communication for the service and try to figure out a solution. Any and all monies collected will be non-refundable. That is for any service or product. No exceptions!
